How Account Deletion Works
Submit Your Request
Send a deletion request using the email address associated with your NOW Optimal account.
Identity Verification
We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests. You may be asked to confirm your identity via email.
Processing
Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Permanently Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile and personal information
- Health journal entries and wellness metrics
- App preferences and settings
- Communication history and messages
Retained as Required by Law
- Medical records (retained for 6+ years per HIPAA & AZ law)
- Billing and payment records (retained per tax regulations)
- Prescription and lab records (required by healthcare regulations)
Retained records are kept in a de-identified, secured state and are not accessible through the App.
Request Account Deletion
Fill out the form below to initiate an account deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.
Additional Information
Processing Time: Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive email confirmation once complete.
Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription or payment plan, please cancel it before requesting account deletion, or note it in your deletion request. Outstanding balances must be resolved prior to account deletion.
Pending Appointments: Please cancel any upcoming appointments before submitting your request, or they will be automatically cancelled during processing.
Re-registration: After deletion, you may create a new account at any time. However, previously deleted data cannot be recovered.
